SUMWARE does not block the receipt when the TSE fails to respond. The fiscal error is logged and submitted later, as soon as the provider is reachable again. No lost revenue.
- Printer and terminal failover
Printer on strike? The next register prints for you.
If a printer or card terminal fails, SUMWARE automatically switches to the device at the neighboring register. The sale continues, the receipt comes out next door.
- Emergency checkout during power or internet outage
