Rental prices follow bundle, season and duration: tapering rates from day three, a flat rate from day seven, a special price for touring packages in April. SUMWARE reports the projected available stock for every future date to connected portals in real time. What is bookable online is actually there. Customer details are captured with asymmetric public-key encryption. Sensitive data is deleted no later than the return, and the private key rotates automatically, so even older remnants become unreadable over time. GDPR far beyond the mandatory minimum. - Protection for Deposits and Cash ### A deposit refund without a conversation gets flagged. Deposit, cash refund or void: SUMWARE Fraud Detection detects whether anyone spoke during the transaction and flags silent cash movements.
